Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. I have created a resource as machine

and I have created a material overhead

I have created a job

the material overhead is not hitted only the resources accounts

so how can I setup material overhead and overhead other than resources
