Subinventory transfer restriction

 Hi all,

We have a business scenario where certain group of users should be allowed to do the subinventory transfers only within certain specific subinventories.

one way to do this is 

1.) create a new responsibility 

2.) do the form personalization at responsibility level and restrict the subinventories with the help of form personalization based on the responsibility.

What I want to know is that do we have a seeded functionality where in we can restrict this subinventory transfers within an organization based on the responsibility.
