not able to convert Quote to Order

Hi Guru's,
I am very much novice for Oracle Quoting, am at client location. Please share me Oracle Quoting Setup document.

I was able to create a quote for service item, but  not able to process further(i.e not able to convert to Order; Approval activity is not required). Even in the setups I defined Quote Status Transition but still not able to place order.

Kindly assist.
