US PAY: Ovetime for Piece Rate Associate

We have non exempt staff that we are going to be paying a flat amount per task/job. The question is how do we set that up in Oracle so they are paid per task and how can the hours be tracked for FLSA purposes? If the non-exempt associates actually works more than 40 hours then they would need to be paid overtime in addition to the piece rate amount.
