Report Builder Software Issue

 Hi,

I was having the Report Builder Software on my Machine which was working fine till yesterday.
I restarted my machine which has updated the Microsoft Windows 7 (32 Bit). After this Update my Report Builder 10g stopped working.

When I click on Report Builder its not openning and getting struck at my Task Bar only. Not able to Maximize even.

When I try to re-install the Software from Oracle Meta link, then also not able to install the Software. Its giving me the below message and hanging.

Starting Oracle Universal Installer....
Checking Installer Requirements....
Checking Operating System Requirements: must be 5.0,5.1,5.2 or 6.1 . Actual 6.1
