hello all

in our dwh database there are some contention caused by SMCO slaves (Wnnn processes)

In note 743773.1 oracle said that you could disable this feature setting <font size="2"><font size="3">_ENABLE_SPACE_PREALLOCATION to zero<br/>After setting this to zero, we can see the Wnnn salves working (and generating some contention)<br/><br/>How can we get rid of these feature and those Wnnn slaves??<br/><br/>tks</font><br/></font>
