Unable to submit World Writer reports after upgrade to A9.3

After upgrading to A9.3, you granted access to World Writer via Report Writer Form.  You are able to update World Writers, but when you attempt to submit a report, you get the following message:  1737-Not Authorized to Perform Opt. on Query.

In addition to Report Writer Form security, World Writer File/Field Level Security on menu G8231 (P8202) must be setup to grand User/Group ID 'Display Authority' for field in the file(s) referenced by any World Writer reports you run.
