Slow respond on click on every command button on HFM version 11.1.2.2.3

 Hi,My company just upgraded the HFM to version 11.1.2.2.3. We were facing very slow respond when click on every command button. it caused we need more time to perform our daily task especially 
on process control and ownership maintenance. Any idea on how to solve this performance issue?
