Questions for hardware update (hardware update task stuck caused by resilvering)

Hi, All

I would like to ask the hardware firmware update procedure logic (or theory) during AR patch.
Yesterday, I upgraded 7410C (with J4400, seagate disks, 142 disks).
When its patch was ongoing, the pools were running with resilvering.
As I knew that disk fw upgrade ongoing, there be resilvering when disk OFFLINE/FW upgrade/ONLINE.
It could be 4K (to Max 10K) by my exprience.
But this case is pretty different. whole pools were scanning and resilvering on disks.
The 38 disks fw update were done. 4 disks are ongoing with resilvering.
BUT 100 disks fw update jobs were stuck because of resilvering ops.
