unable to change the Period Status from Open to Close

Please let me know if Anybody  have ever comes accross this issue in R12.1.2 , An early response appreciated

We are unable to change the Period Status from Open to Close in Payables

However all the unaccounted transactions swept from MAR to APR

This is what we performed:

1. Attempted to change the period > Swept unacconted from MAR to APR (completed normal)
2. Viewed the Unaccounted Trx Report
3. Tried to change the period again and it didn't let. Message popped up that there are Exceptions
4. Reviewd the Unaccounted Trx Report
5. There are no Unaccounted in Mar-13

Therefore, all the Unaccounted Trxs are swet to APR-13
