RTD sharing between VTSSs

We have 4 T10KC RTDs, 4 T10KB RTDs and 2 VSM5s. May I make  these 2 VSM5 share these 8 RTDs as if each one owns 8 RTDs concurrently? How to configure in VTCS and in hardware if the answer is yes?
