Error while bringing up another instance pf rac database

[dev-oragrid-ux02]cpaut_01 (P):/devoragridcn_01/app/oracle/work/CPAUT/20130927_0845> srvctl start instance -d cpaut -i cpaut_02
PRCR-1013 : Failed to start resource ora.cpaut.db
PRCR-1064 : Failed to start resource ora.cpaut.db on node dev-oragrid-ux01
CRS-5017: The resource action "ora.cpaut.db start" encountered the following error:
ORA-01102: cannot mount database in EXCLUSIVE mode
. For details refer to "(:CLSN00107:)" in "/devoragridcn_01/Grid_11203/log/dev-oragrid-ux01/agent/crsd/oraagent_oracle/oraagent_oracle.log".

CRS-2674: Start of 'ora.cpaut.db' on 'dev-oragrid-ux01' failed
