Is anybody using the testplan template (Doc ID 1474273.1) from MOS for the ODA X3-2?

I've found MOSS note "ODA (Oracle Database Appliance): Test Plan Outline (Doc ID 1474273.1)".
Does anyone has any experience with this testplan on the ODA X3-2?

Currently i've got issues with the first testcase (simulating a internal disk failure).
I've already opened SR but am curious of anybody is using such a testplan?
