Application Hanging when we click on Processing Option button of BV

Hi,
In new installation of Deployment server with TR8.98.0.0.

When i am trying to open the processing option of Batch Version so application going on hang. For some of the reports, i am able to change .

Application is going on hang when i click on processing option button of Row Exit.
