DBA Handover documentation ?

 Hello World,
I have searched but not found.
Hopefully better luck here ...

I'm looking for some kind of "DBA Handover documentation", but havn't found.
Is there any doc out there for that ?

The reason I ask is that I'm going to take over some Oracle EE DB from another DBA.
Is there any advices for me according to this ...
