Regarding "Associated Fiscal Classifications"

Hi,Under section "Associated Fiscal Classifications" for vendors, there are following 5 columns:
a) Fiscal Classification Type Code
b) Fiscal Classification Code
c) Fiscal Classification Name
d) Effective From
e) Effective To.

While creating suppliers through supplier interface, which columns in interface table should be populated so that above 5 columns get populated?
