How to clean database of specific site for good?

I have development environment, with a site (lets call it "MySite") that have alot of undesired changes, now i need to import this site from another development environment
or SVN, so before that i need to make sure that database is clear or clean, so i won't have conflicts after importing.

How to obtain that ?
Please Advise.
