OVM Server clock issue

Hi,

    I have installed with OVM Server 3.2.3 build 521 and OVM manager will be 3.2.3 on the other host.

Does anyone has any problem with the OVM server 3.2.3 build system clock issue? The clock is getting the wrong time even if I used ntp server. Any idea why?

I am able to update the clock to sync with NTP server  but once the OVM server is rebooting and it will not able to sync time server.When login to the system and run date command .The time wil be  several hours off.<8hrs>..
