Handling MVs in EBR (Oracle 12C)

Hi All.
Do anybody have an idea of using MVs in EBR? I am using Oracle 12C version on WIndows platform and Oracle has stated in their 12c New Feature documentation that we can use non-editionable objects with editionable objects.
