Using Oracle Collections Dispute functionality and like to disable notifications to Collections Mana

Hi,

Business is using the dispute functionality in Oracle Collections to dispute the delinquent invoices. Now whenever, collectors dispute a transaction AR Credit Memo Workflow triggers notifications to the Collections Managers or HR Hierarchy.

Is there a way out in Oracle I can disable the notifications mails to the Manager and still use the dispute functionality ?

Any thoughts or responses are appreciated !
