Aging by Collector Report

BUSINESS REQUIREMENT:

Aging by Collector report can be run for a Collector.

When Collector is a "Collections Manager" the report still does gives aging buckets report only for the  "Collections Manager"  and not all the reportees of the Collections Manager in report output.

Is there a way that we can run Aging by Collector report for "Collections Manager"  and get the report out put for all the reportees of that "Collections Manager" ?

Any thoughts or ideas or process workarounds appreciated ! !
