Security Overwritten when importing Financial Reports using LCM in 11.1.2.2.300

When migrating even a single Financial Reporting report from a different environment using LCM, it replaces the security even to the holding folders:

  i.e.

    Root/Company/SG&A/Sales.rpt

Where both Company and SG&A folders have no security on the source. Target security is replaced not only to the Sales.rpt but also to both folders forcing us to have to re-set security after each migration.

Would this be addressed by changing "Migration Option Reporting and Analysis - Replace Newer Artifacts Only" to 'NO"?

I understand this can also be addressed by doing it the old way from Workspace but we would really like to leverage LCM as much as possble.
