RACCHECK error

Hi,   I am trying to run RACCHECK on AIX 6.1 system from oracle user but getting this error:-

R12: Performance Issue When Standard Managers Waiting for "enq: TX - row lock contention" Held By ICM (Doc ID 1492893.1)

Hi,
Raccheck is giving error while running on AIX machine (6.1). I have tried all raccheck options but getting below error from all the options.

bash-3.2$ ./raccheck -a
This version of raccheck was released on 17-Jun-2013 and its older than 90 days. It is highly recommended that you download the latest version of raccheck from my oracle support to ensure the highest level of accuracy of the data contained within the report.
