Controlling the default behavior of Assessment scripts

I am working on a prototype and using the Assessment script feature on an Opportunity object.  I want to be able to suppress the ability for a user to play with the filters (disable the Go button, hide the form, etc.) but cannot find a way to do this.  Can anyone point me in the right direction ...
