Best Practices for Embedded JVue

We are trying to use embedded JVues in a Tabbed MasterFrame using Desktop Deployment. There are threading and sync issues( I have submitted SRs for more detail). What are the best practices for using a Frame host other than VueFrame. Your VueEventBroadcaster documentation mentions using a MDI model but no documentation follows.
Note:
I have already gone through document 1570324.1 for "Proper JVue Initialization".
