ORA-38500: Unsupported operation: Oracle XML DB not present

Hello Team, Good Day.

I am trying for the import, but its gving error for the few tables as below. Kindly advise.

Source and target db version Import: Release 11.2.0.3.0 -

Error Message.

Table "DARTPCREU"."DPLBSC_FCT_PNL_MIS" exists. Data will be appended to existing table but all dependent metadata will be skipped due to table_exists_action of append
Processing object type TABLE_EXPORT/TABLE/TABLE_DATA
ORA-31693: Table data object "DARTPCREU"."GW_FCT_PNL":"GW_FCT_PNL_20130905"."GW_FCT_PNL_20130905_561" failed to load/unload and is being skipped due to error:
ORA-38500: Unsupported operation: Oracle XML DB not present
