Unable to restrict person types for retrieval/search in contact center dashboard
I'm new to this community and I'm hoping you can help me.
I have a new service responsibility and I'm trying to restrict the records retrieved in the contact centre dashboard to only
Current Employees, Contacts and Contingent Workers.
I have created a new security profile and put the restrictions there, have attached the security profile to the new responsibility, have run security list maintenance but when in the Customer management -> Contact Centre , I am able to search for Applicants, ex-employees, ex-applicant whichI dont want to be able to do.
It appears the security profile is ignored. ??
Is there some further configuration I need to do in the contact center forms personalisations?
