unexpected error occurred during Tax Calculation.

Hi All,

I am trying to create a standard invoice in payable module R12.1, and when I am validate its throwing an error,

"unexpected error occurred during Tax Calculation.
exception: system is trying to delete frozen tax distributions unable to complete tax processing"

Could you please help me out to resolve this issue?
