Merging Accounts
I have a few accounts of clients that have merged. I would like to merge their accounts in CRM so that Company A, B and C and their corresponding data (opportunites, wins, losses, contacts, etc) all consolidate under Company A.
It would be appreciated if someone could help me out on this. Also, I have never merged anything in CRM, so if you could break it down into a basic step by step instruction, it would be even more helpful.
