How to fix Price on Sales Agreement

Hi,

Please let me know details on below query.

I am making a Sales Agreement which is defined with one customer, having validity of say 1 year.

Now we want that the Items included in the Sales Agreement are sold with a Fixed Selling Price.

Price List is not a suitable option, as different Customers may have Sales Agreement with different Fixed Selling Price.

How can this be achieved.
