PO accrual account generator

Hi All,
I want to confirm the R12 PO account generator functionality.

Here is what we have experienced:

We manually created a requisition.
Then we auto created a PO from the requisition.
We noticed that the PO distribution charge account is same as the requisition charge account.
We also noticed that the PO accrual account is same as the PO charge account with only changes in the natural account segment, which is being replaced by the natural account segment value from the Expense AP Accrual Account setup in purchasing option.

We are on 12.1.3 . Is this the normal oracle seeded functionality? or the PO accrual account should be same as the total COA value of Expense AP Accrual Account setup in purchasing option ?
