Claim is created with reference to invoice then claim lines show the product description and not the

When i create claim with reference to an invocie then claim line shows item description and not the item name itself.

When ic reate claim without invoice then it shows item name.

I am not sure if this si bug or intended functionality.

Experts pls confirm.
