ALt+F2 not working and live migration taking too long time to migrate

 Hi,
 I'm new to ovm. I have two ovm nodes attached with zfs7320 SAN storage. All are configure as per the oracle guide in a clustere mode. Here are the challenges i'm facing,

1. Once ovm server installed Alt+f2 is not working in the console and i'm not getting the console in the terminal as well. But whatever ip is set, through that i can able to login and doing the changes. But incase if in future i need to connect via ILOM console what should be the work around.

2. I have installed oracle linux6u4 linux instance to both the nodes. I have 128GB RAM in each nodes. But only 45GB i can able to assign to each vm instance. But as per the guideline, i have changed the DOM0 to 4000M but when vm instance booting i'm getting error. So it is working fine for only upto 3152M. But i need to assign atleast 64GB RAM to each instance.
