OTL: What Table is Timecard Override Approver Stored?

Hello,

We have a custom timecard report, and we would like to add the Override Approver to it.  It must be stored somewhere, and would fit very nicely on hxc_timecard_summary table, but it is not there.  Does someone know what table the Override Approver for a Timecard is stored?
