ORA-01031: insufficient privileges in Standby database - 11gR2. Primary database is fine

 Hi,

I have created physical standby database using rman backup and restore method. Both ASM and database instance are under user Oracle account. After referring many documents and forums , the issue seems to be orapw file. But in my the orapwd file is also created with the 
same password as primary and its fine.

But when I try to connect to standby database using the service name, it says "ORA-01031: insufficient privileges".  But in primary database, I did it in same way , it works fine.  

I have posted the primary and standby listener.ora file.   Please advise.
