ACSLS 8.3 installation issues => where to find information ?

Hello, I did not find any ACSLS 8.3 specific information in the knoledge base ( 8.3 is not even listed ! )

Where Can I publish questions ?

I've install it on an Oracle Linux 6.3, as described in the installation guide.

But after the installation, I cannot succeed in library creation :
