Quantity 0 Zero shows on receipt line level while po quantity received and deliver

Dear All,

I am facing issue in inventory. I create PO then i receive and deliver but when i find that po on receipt form again , it's showing with zero quantity, i have received and delivered. why it is showing with zero quantity ?
