POsition Hierarchy - Add same emploee twice under different subordinates in same positon hierarchy

Hello,

I have a requirement where the employee needs to be added in the position hierarchy twice. But gives me an error that "subordinate position already exits "

How to add same employee in the same position hierarchy twice.
