Web adi in 11.5.10 and 11g

Hi ,

we have been using web adi clinet tool for last 10 years +.   In preparation for R12.1.3 upgrade, we are upgrading database to 11g .    After database is upgraded to 11g,  we are unable to publish reports .  We are able to connect to database and execute reports.  While publishing reports , we get the following error

File server could not verify its intitalization parameters.

We have updated all tnsnames.ora files with new FNDFS_SID_hostname

can you let us know , where else to check.    RRA_service prefix profile is set.
