11.5.10 How to setup AME for different users

Hello Gurus

I am new at AME and I have read some documents in metalink.

However I would like to ask you if we can do the following business requierement.

I have 100 AP users.

50 User have the AP Clerk Responsibility, so they will capture any invoice type like Expense Report, Standard, Credit Memo etc.

The other 50 users is going to capture either Estandar or Prepayments and they need an Approval.

Each user have a diferent supervisor.

Therefore I was wondering if I can do the above scenario through AME.

I need to enable AME having the following business requirements

1.-I have 50 users, each one have different supervisor.
