Proxy Error is constantly appearing when trying to run a import in version 11.1.1.4 loading into FDM

We have upgraded from 11.1.1.3 to 11.1.1.4 to create the proper version for direct route to 11.1.2.3  We have now run into a problem at 11.1.1.4 that saids a error has occured reading from the server when trying to complete a import from FDM. Sometimes the import will work. When the import is larger the error happens frequently. Our consulting company that did the upgradfe Technolab Corp has provided the correct timeouts for IIS 6.0 and we are using the correct DCOM settings from DCOMCFG. However we are still presented with the same error. The comonality is that this error
