Balancing segment value issue in AR reconcillation report and AR TO GL RECONCILLATION report

Hello Gurus,
I am facing balancing segment issue in report output of AR reconcillation and AR TO GL RECONCILLATION report. Actually we have 3 companies(3balancing segment). When i run on all balancing segments, data is correct but when i put one company balancing segment value in report parameter, find difference.

What could be the issue?It could be security issue or any other?
