Payment method and bank account details are not defaulting on the debit memo unlike in credit memos

HiPayment method and bank account details are not defaulting on the debit memo  created from RTS transactions.

When a debit memo is created manually, the remit to bank account are getting defaulted at header level.
Please suggest.
