Transaction Open Interface

Hi,

Product version is R12.1.3.

Sales Order is CLOSED and transferred / posted in AR. AR Invoice is generated. But for one of the OE Lines no 'Materail Transactions' generated. The OE Lines is stuck in Transaction Open Interface with error message as 'Negative Balance not allowed'. Since NO QTY in Stage was available.

Then we transfered required QTY (10) from the relevant LOT (LN2012) to Stage (Shipping area). Submitted the Transaction again . Executed 'Inventory Interface SRS' from 'Shipping'  but the issue didn't resolve.

After so many tries (save in TOI and run Inventory Interface SRS) the problem still exists. Though 'No Material Transactions created'
