Stop create accounting from running on Payables

Hello team,

I have a challenge. I dont want create accounting program to run in order to stop transactions from impacting the GL automatically. The program since to be running but now in a delayed timely fashion.

Previously, it was scheduled to run every 5mins so transactions can get accounted for but now it seems its taking a longer time to impact the GL. My concern is i dont even want the program to run again. Please help me find out how i can get all the possible scheduled create accounting program for invoices (payables) to stop running so invoice transactions dont impact the GL automatically. Please please please. it's so urgent,. Please see screen shot of the create accounting i found while checking which is running. see attached.
