Work request approver

Requirement: Change Work Request Approver for 2 days every week. The Work Request Approver is working 5 days and off for 2 days every week, so they need a solution to change the Work Request Approver for 2 days every week. Also, change the approver after finishing the working hours. They search in the vacation rule but it does not meet their need.
Business Impact: Work Requests can not be approved after the working shifts and in the week ends.

Is this feasible via standard functionality.
