US and HR (Croatian) patch versions

Oracle eBS 11.5.10.2, module Fixed Assets, Megapatch level: 11i.FA.O
Applied patches: 4902861, 7044061, 4463923, 5739501

All patches have US and HR (Croatian) version except the last 5739501
which result that some forms are on English although the user is logged in on Croatian.

Is there any solution but not to translate those forms?
Maybe to apply another patch with US and HR version?
