Purchase Order Approval hierarchy setup

Dear all,
Please guide me how can I create the same setup for purchase order approval in same hierarchy. Scenario is this we have setup of purchase order approval for our CEO,
We have now new CEO hence ex-CEO has resigned. Does I need complete setup for new ceo or Is there any procedure which will give me copy option setup of previous
CEO with new on.
