Projects Family Pack - R12.PJ_PF.B.5(14162290) - Has Incorrect Pre-requsite Patch (12575584) Mention

I am following MOS document 1470018.1 in preparation for applying Projects Family Pack - R12.PJ_PF.B.5(14162290).
The document lists this patch as a pre-requisite - "12575584:R12.JL.B - CREATE_SINGLE_INVOICE API is generating duplicate invoice for same invoice".

However, if I search for patch 12575584 I get this one instead - "12575584: FORWARD PORT OF BUG 9952202 IN R12." which is a Latin America Localization, which doesn't seem right to me.

I am assuming the patch number (12575584) in document 1470018.1 is incorrect so what should it be instead?
