Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Hi,

We have followng situation;

RMA against Sales Order;

Received 100 Units

Accepted 100 Units

Delivered 20

Return to Customer 80 Units successfully.

Trying to return 20 Delivered Units, but RMA not appearing in Return Form.

Any help to resolve this issue is highly appreciated.
